Clowns. All of em
That is way more pathetic than rushing the court for all the fans out their wringing their hands over court storming.

I think this is myopic. Players improved drastically under Steve (Thomas, Nader, Burton) and he recruited arguably the current best PG in the world. He just wasn't a great in game coach and clearly didn't know how to keep egos in check.Eh, Prohm wasn't a good coach and he was kind of a goober, but I at least believe he was coming from a genuine place. I think Tang is a used car salesman.
So you're telling me you think Prohm was a good coach?I think this is myopic. Players improved drastically under Steve (Thomas, Nader, Burton) and he recruited arguably the current best PG in the world. He just wasn't a great in game coach and clearly didn't know how to keep egos in check.
I think he was at the wrong level but to ignore what went right is just lazy.So you're telling me you think Prohm was a good coach?
All I said was he wasn't good. Not exactly real hard hitting commentary. I assumed I wouldn't have to specifically mention that was in regards to his time at ISU as a high major coach, but that's what I was talking about. I feel like based on his record one could objectively say his tenure here was not good, but if you think that take is lazy ok. I feel confident the vast majority of people would agree with me.I think he was at the wrong level but to ignore what went right is just lazy.
It's just piling on but you do you.All I said was he wasn't good. Not exactly real hard hitting commentary. I've never seen a coaching staff more actively hate their fans this KState coaching staff. First the lecture on saying FKU and now stopping them from rushing the floor? Just let the kids have funThat is way more pathetic than rushing the court for all the fans out their wringing their hands over court storming.
The funny thing is I was actually drawing a distinction between Prohm and Tang saying I think Prohm is a genuine person and overall I think he seemed like a nice guy. My comments are tame compared to most when it comes to Prohm. Didn't realize you are such a Prohm fanboy. Good for you! It's just piling on but you do you.

I don't think it is hating the fans. I think Tang has a weird obsession with everyone liking him. He goes so far out of his way to look like he is taking the high road on everything but then he takes the everyone must like me too far that he tries to ingratiate himself with some so far that he pisses off others.I've never seen a coaching staff more actively hate their fans this KState coaching staff. He also seems like a control freak. Can’t let his crowd do anything natural or organic. He has to go be part of it to make sure the attention stays with him.I don't think it is hating the fans. Quit trying to be everything for everyone and just be yourself, Jerome.
He kind of reminds me of the Church lady who has to be perfect in everything in church, volunteer at all the right stuff, etc. But then is the first one to be smacking her kids in the car in the parking lot because of some small affront in church that "made her look bad." It's all about keeping up appearances and not actual substance.
He's a mess.
I think Tang didn't want the kids to storm the court so Tang could be photographed in the student section after the game. The guy is all about himself. It's sickeningYeah, it is weird.
He was also boom or bust on the recruiting trail. He hit home runs with Wigginton, THT, Hailburton, but had like 9-10 complete busts in a 2-3 year period that killed the program. Didn't find enough solid role players. His last class was an all time stinker, although it looks like Dubar ended up being a good player at Hofstra.I think this is myopic. No I just think we can move on from him. I liked him as a person but I can't deny the results weren't good. Maybe you weren't the right person to come at over this but I just roll my eyes at all the bad coach = Prohm analogies. The funny thing is I was actually drawing a distinction between Prohm and Tang saying I think Prohm is a genuine person and overall I think he seemed like a nice guy.
