Very poorly officiated

I actually think the officiating has been fine overall. We’re not getting a ton of calls.

Our defense is just really bad right now. The effort and rotations are slow. Baylor getting to loose balls (effort), getting to rebounds first (effort), earning 2nd chances, and getting in rhythm shots over and over, especially because are rotations are practically non existent. It’s a bummer to see this defensive performance tonight.

Exactly, which is why people need to calm down about winning a Big 12 championship and getting a 2 seed. We are a solid tourney team but dont have the talent to sustain every game like Houston or Kansas.

They’ve run man to man most of the year with spot zone here and there. Going zone the whole time is a revert back to the old ways he used to run D but new for this team.

Right. And this year it’s a really bad Baylor defensive team.

A 'growth' piece for ISU would be to come out in the 2nd half and be more succinct and chip back into it.

Otherwise it's going to be a repeat of BYU but worse.
