Vince McMahon accused of sex trafficking

Saw a random tweet by Maria Kanellis earlier today (if you don't know who that is, she was basically the dimwitted sex object later turned women's "wrestler" with WWE in the mid-late 2000s, and if you follow the indies, she's basically the manager of The Kingdom (alongside her now husband) and I think GM of Ring of Honor.

Anyway, back to that tweet - whatever allegations were made in those court documents, the tweet implies what Vince has done likely much, much deeper and much, much worse and has gone on for much, much longer than even that.

And, as others have already said... "shocked".

I'd venture to guess you don't just do this as a one-off. I know there's some obscene amount of NDA money that was disclosed as having been paid during his time as CEO. I'd venture to guess that any women not subject to an NDA will be sharing their experience as well.

I'm no legal expert, but I'm pretty sure no NDA could be enforced for illegal activities.

That's how I understood it too. Like 16 year olds on Epstein Island or something like that.

From what I can see, this case isn't that.

In May 2020, the lawsuit states McMahon began to recruit other men and force Grant into sex trafficking. Text messages allegedly from McMahon show he told Grant he'd "find more friends" to take part in sexual encounters, and in another message, told Grant "i’m the only one who owns U and controls who I want to (expletive) U."

McMahon also allegedly used Grant as an incentive for a WWE star to re-sign with the company, which included Grant sending photos and videos to the unnamed star. The star had wanted to meet with Grant and wanted to "set a play date," but a snowstorm changed the star's plans.

Reports out there are that Brock Lesnar is the star McMahon was trying to re-sign.

So what is sex trafficking exactly. I have always equated it to forcibly transporting a victim for sex purposes against their will.

This and some other sex trafficking stuff I saw seem to be a lot broader

Sex trafficking is the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age. (22 U.S.C. § 7102(11)(A)).

Apparently it doesn't have to involve transport of any kind.

It is no surprise Vince is a scumbag, and not surprising Brock is one too.

I guess we’ll wait and see, but I have a hard time believing Brock Lesnar is the other guy. He’s a recluse who lives off grid when he’s not wrestling/fighting, with his wife and kids. I don’t think some woman is going to sway him into resigning, especially a guy that’s a huge star outside of wrestling.

Any other guys who fit the description?

I have a hard time believing a guy as large as that has a minimal sex drive. You don't get that big without lots of testosterone (legitimate or chemically).

Ever hear about those "low T" ads that talk about increased bedroom activities? Why would that be?

Brock or Vince? It is clear to anyone with two eyes knows Vince is on the juice.
