Time for a Real Discussion About Caitlin Clark

Iowa will make a deep run in the NCAAs -- Elite Eight is my prediction, although I can see them getting to the Sweet 16 and losing. Clark is the top college player in the nation, so media focus on her.

I don't think they will be in the title game again, but if they prove me wrong so be it.

After that, there will be discussion on whether C.C. returns to Iowa or goes pro.

My personal hope is that she turns pro after this season. If she tears it up in the WNBA after that, then she deserves the media coverage just like at the college level. But if she is like Luka Garza, then media attention will drop off significantly.

Im going to go with sweet 16, there is about 10 teams as good if not better than Iowa due to a better starting 5. Last year the other guard played much better with a better low post presence. Not a chance they play for the title again IMO.

I'd be shocked if she doesn't come back for a fifth year. If Russia wasn't in Ukraine I'd lean the other way as she'd be able to make $3+MM over there.

I think they're too one dimensional to make a deep run. They were lucky to make the final last year; South Carolina devised the worst game plan to defend them. I'm sure they'll be a one seed, but I bet the get bounced in the second round or Sweet 16.

This is hilarious. Murph is breaking down the video second by second. I am dying.

If they are going to go to this level, they should try to settle it once and for all and get Caitlyn to agree to an on-air lie detector test.

"Caitlyn, as pertaining to the incident where contact occurred between you and that idiot fan after the game, did you see her before contact?"

"Following the first question, did you indeed brace for impact and theatrically attempt to make the incident look worse than it really was?"

"Last question Caitlyn. Are you a serial, attention seeker?"

If they got her on air to answer any questions on it this is how she would show up:

Anything from second round to FF is in play IMO depending on how things fall.
