I thought “should have intercepted pass” only counts against the worst remaining QB

Technically yes, but that was on the receiver as he should have caught that, and at minimum knocked it down instead of turning it into a tip drill.

I feel like you can’t have 5 teams like it seems you do. Pick a team and that is your team. I’m a Vikings fan through and through. If it ended up being Vikings-Niners in the NFC championship game I’m sure as hell not rooting against my team.

I understand rooting for other teams when your team isn’t in it or playing. With the Vikings being bad I’m certainly rooting for the Niners and for the Lions and for Iowa state guys in general.

I have 2 and have explained in detail a hundred times how that came to be - and I think it’s totally natural. If GB and the Eagles played against each other, Eagles get the vote.

I get it - I have two myself: the Lions and Falcons (unless they hire Bill Belicheck, then I'll be done with them). It's really hard explaining liking two or more teams to people who don't - almost not worth trying to explain it IMO.

Imagine ticket prices if ISU were playing in the Final Four anywhere within an 8 hour drive of Ames.

Rarity plus demand = high prices.

That's still a lot of money in a place like Detroit. I could see that price in like Seattle or San Francisco.

So glad Monty got a good contract finally and landed with Detroit, an up and coming team. Lord knows he paid his rookie dues in Chicago.

And I think Detroit is happy so far too. I read recently that Williams, the RB Detroit had last year, and had a great year, didn't do well at all in New Orleans this year.
