BYU against top 100 teams:

ISU against top 100 teams:

My Three keys to the game:
  1. Keep BYU to 10 threes or less
  2. ISU has a 1.6 or greater team assist to turnover ratio
  3. Keep BYU off the offensive glass (6 or less offensive rebounds)
Holding them to <= 10 threes will be a monumental task. They've made at least 10 in all but 3 of their games.

I think a more likely good outcome is their game at Cincy, where they took 72% (!!!) of their shots (46 of 64) from deep, making 13 (28%), but they only scored 21 points on non-3s and lost 71-60, while turning the ball over 18 times. That's basically the best-case scenario for playing them, IMO

I predict that Keshon and the bigs have a good night and that we turn them over and keep them from scoring inside the arc enough that we overcome anything they do from 3.

Depth will have to come up big tonight. The environment, quality of the opponent, length of the road trip, altitude all while coming on short rest figure to make this a very tough win.

Winning tonight would be massive.

I took your advice and googled:
"Cougar Tail BYU"

Be advised, thanks to Zach Wilson, all results are very much NSFW.
Oh shoot I forgot about his contributions. Well hopefully whatever you saw wasn't logged by your IT dept.

I saw a TikTok where this guy interviewed freshman after two weeks at BYU:

Interviewer: how many of your friends have gotten engaged since school started.

Girl: quite a few

Interviewer: why aren’t you engaged yet?

Girl: I just want to be really patient and make sure I make the right choice.

Interviewer: so when do you think you will get engaged?

Girl: hopefully in a couple weeks.
The wife has watched a bunch of TIk Toks like this and she's showed me a few. They're hilarious.

Interviewer: what's your party drink of choice?

Interviewee: Dr. Pepper.

With 8 ranked teams in the conference there will be a lot of ranked on ranked games. And the schedule is set up in advance so they don't necessarily know who is going to be ranked.
It's similar to how the SEC operates in football. Lots of ranked matchups keeps ranked teams ranked.

Over/under: 9.5 total wives between the four players?

I had a Mormon coworker who was a good guy and could take a good joke. He had a 1-2 year old Kia Rio then shows up to work 1 day with a brand new Rubicon. I asked him what prompted the switch, interrupted him, and answered "I know, you couldn't fit all of your wives in that little Rio".

He laughed harder at the joke than I did.

When I was at ISU, got invited to an off campus party as a freshman. Got there, and no beer -- but they had a kiddie pool full of Mt Dew. It was some Christian group of some kind. They were doing the usual drinking games though, quarters and such. Saw some girl who chugged too much Dew and threw up.

We left relatively quickly.

Don't see an issue with it. I doubt it's strictly enforced. I mean, Jim McMahon made it through there. If somebody wants to live up to those standards more power to them.

Other than being honest I would be the worst Mormon in it's history.

I haven't been to church outside a wedding, funeral, or baptism in 24 years (when I was forced to attend), hate religion, fail the sexual standards (outside their same-sex mandate), fail the drinks, swear constantly, and wholly discourage others from conforming to this crap.

I guess I should start my own money embezzling, tax shelter, sham of a religion. The Normons.
