I was there for this one. There was a guy around campus we all called shorts guy. Always in a pair of jorts. Even though class was cancelled I went to campus for some reason. I remember walking back all bundled up and out of the cold walking toward me came shorts guy. Same pair of jorts as alwaysJanuary 1996, my freshman year. SUPER cold.
