Time for a Real Discussion About Caitlin Clark

EIU fans throw it in because for over a decade, wrestling there was the gold standard for the sport, and it was a settle dig at ISU. How could we not hire Gable and let him get away, forgetting that ISU had a HOF coach already on board that wasn't ready to retire yet. They said the same thing about Sanderson, but that came back to bit them in the ass, while Cale was at ISU we never had the resources to commit to wrestling to get better than EIU just make it close, but at Penn State, lack of money was not a problem, and he has dominated the sport, much like Gable did.
They do the same thing with baseball, just another dig, damn well knowing that ISU no longer has the sport.
I had an Iowa fan tell me that final fours are the only way to say a team had a great season. Said Iowa had more so they are the better program. I used his logic and proclaimed ISU had a better baseball program. He didn’t believe we had multiple WS appearances. I told him to google it, he never wanted to talk baseball again.

Just throwing it out there:

C.C. will be a dud in the WNBA.

Talented? Yep.

But she won't have teammates in the WNBA who will appreciate her screaming at them. She won't have teammates who will let her take over half the team shots. She will be guarded a lot more closely and be pushed around a lot more in the WNBA, and the WNBA will not appreciate her flopping. I

Yep. I am no expert. Go after me if you want. We shall see in five or six years.
Some gal is going to see her chicken wing and hit her with a turkey leg.

Dang, you mean Michigan hit a half court three at the buzzer to upset the home team? Fran must have went ballistic at the end of the game.
No, it was actually a close game at the half and then Michigan blew Iowa out in the 2nd half. Iowa hit some garbage time 3's to make the game look closer than it actually was.

And you won't believe what Fran did. He overacted to a few calls and deservedly got tossed, it was embarrassing. I am surprised that you hadn't heard about all of this?

A lot of people have said Caitlin could contribute if she played on a men’s team. I have always said that is BS, but I changed my mind after tonight.
Good lord….has the whole state gone nuts? Zero, and I mean zero chance she could play in a men’s game. Unless you are talking about a junior high game. This has gotten insane.

This some made up thing. I am an Iowa and even as bad as the men's team is this year she couldn't make the team.

Yeah just because she beats the **** out of Connor doesn't mean she could get a shot off, or guard anybody in the men's game.

But I can tell you are an a**hole

You think she's going to be receiving more defensive attention when she's sharing the court with two other recent top two picks and another all star guard? Of course she won't have the same usage rate in the WNBA but she's not just a scorer, she is arguably the best passer in the world. I'm pretty sure Aliyah Boston is going to love getting perfect entry passes and getting easy looks out of the pick and roll with Clark. She will also have a chance to play off ball and take much eaiser shots than she can in college and she's an elite shooter with her feet set. Your post is fanfic nonsense, there is a reason she's the consensus top pick in a loaded draft class.
