Asking again: Has the rot started to set in?

Has the rot started to creep in?

I don't think anyone thought we'd lose to OSU. They are worse than UNI. An ISU team headed for even 5 wins would have won this game by 20. I'd like to see a bigger sample size of our QB. I seem to remember Sam Richardson looking good at first too.
This one needs to be in the bad takes hall of fame. Here we are with 7 wins and OSU is in the Big 12 championship. You can't make this stuff up. Honestly can't understand how people this negative about ISU are ISU fans

He came up to our tailgate in Ohio. **** faced at 9am.

Seems about right.

He was yelling “go cyclones” and stuff at literally every group that passed by trying to get attention. Inevitably people would go “aRe YoU tHe HoT sEaT gUy???” Was embarrassing to watch frankly.

Perhaps Campbell’s best job of coaching yet. And the Haters wanted to run him off. Never forget what these clowns wanted to do.
Play calling. If your offense is not performing it is play calling. Not practice, not the scheme the whole coaching staff agrees to, not the players, not gameday execution, but play calling. If your offense is not playing well, then the naysayers always think a running play that doesn't work, with 5 guys in the box, was the wrong call.

@keepngoal this thread needs ended.
This thread is a great reminder that there is a small but obnoxiously vocal minority of fans that know nothing about athletics and like to tear down other fans, coaches, and student athletes. Maybe the next time our Cyclones have a tough week or two, the Debbie downers will think twice before making a fool of themselves on this message board.

You......you want to wait a couple more years? And do what? Expect fans to come watch this crap?

He's had the same problems since the end of 2019!

Now, after recruiting classes have entered since then and are close to graduating, he is going to finally do something different?

Never want to forget about this guy. Calling for Campbell to be fired. Freaking idiot. Never forget.

Bottom line. Campbell is going to be given at least a couple years. ******** will not change reality. And reality may be that we really are the coaches graveyard that inevitably gets all Cyclone coaches….unless you leave when you get the chance. Majors had a losing record his last year with George Amundsen at QB. And Earle left just as Hayden was hired. Earle took Ohio State job and was fired. Finished up at UNI and Colorado State. That is a helluva fall.

Campbell will either figure it out or in a couple years he will likely be gone if he does not. Best for all if he figures it out. We’ll see what happens.
I thought the thread was stupid and called out the OP for his peacocking in back to back weeks after a loss. But just as disingenuous and annoying are the people who, after a turnaround, act like they were hardcore defending CMC in the moment because it was obvious they were going to figure things out this season. And with the benefit of hindsight now attack people in here who were feeling differently at the lowest part of the season. Or the crusaders who, weeks later, deleted their thoughts from immediately following the game. You know who you are. And I say all this as somebody who agrees with and was posting pretty much the same as what Stormin was saying right here.

It was just 2 games.

And honestly, had the question been, “was that [Ohio] one of the worst losses ever?”, I might have understood the 100+ yes votes, despite the proven fact many of the team were quite sick.

But the question implied that CMC and staff were rotting and maybe it was time for a change. Such an uneducated take and I was shocked 100+ agreed with it.

So sorry if the rotters prefer their ignorant opinion just go away.

QUESTION: Is it yet time to take this tread down and focus our energies on supporting our team & coaches?
