Just drank my last two beers this Saturday during the Kansas game. Will be back in Iowa for thanksgiving and will need to stock up, so that I have enough to make it until Christmas!

Greetings all,

Wanted to spread the word that Ames Lager is becoming much more widely available but for some reason sales have dropped considerably in last couple of weeks. You can help by doing a couple of things:

1. Continue to purchase Ames Lager! It’s a huge help. West O is going to announce a sizable donation to We Will next week that will significantly impact our efforts with the portal opening on December 4th. Ames Lager is the only Iowa State branded beer whose proceeds actually go to NIL.
2. Remind your favorite beer/liquor store that Ames Lager is very much available year round and to contact their local distributor if they don’t have it.

I know Iowa State fans can and will rally to the cause so appreciate your support greatly!

Smart. I’ll buy twice as much, but ship half of it to myself and pretend like a friend sent it to me. That way the wife will just be normal mad instead of super mad with the amount of beer I buy.

I actually stopped up at WestO 2 Sundays ago and picked up a sixer. Waiting to share it with my craft beer buddy. Wish I would have had time to sample it on tap along with a flight, but I had places to be so I just swung in and grabbed it. Nice brewpub and the pizza looked good. Will try to get back for a afternoon or evening. I can find clonefest and the Trice hazy locally but no luck on the lager. Need to call and ask the liquor manager for the local stores.

I've bought it whenever my local liquor store has had it. They said they moved it quickly, so I wasn't alone. I'll ask and see if they can get more next time that I'm in.
