What type of scam is this?

We had two boxes show up from Walmart today. Two different names but our address. My wife opened them and each box has one cheap off brand school glue bottle in it. (Yes I know she shouldn’t have opened them but she did)

We had a similar thing happen with some kind of diet supplements we didn't order. We checked our credit card and found that we had a charge on it. It started with that and grew to international charges progressively higher in cost.

You can google the "product" info and you'll probably see the scam info there. We contacted our credit card and got a replacement.

The FedEx guy just showed back up at the house to grab them without us even reporting anything. Evidently our whole neighborhood got them. All different names but correct addresses.
