It’s a classic phase of the decline stage. The margin for error keeps shrinking and shrinking and you know what needs to be done, but you can’t do it because of exactly what you’ve said.

Especially as we add NIL to it (which ISU can't really afford) and they're having to pitch guys on the non-monetary reasons for coming here when going against teams that may have more resources. That's a more possible sell when on the upward trajectory "come be a part of something special" than when **** is falling apart.
