If this staff doesn’t think Rocco can handle it then why not give Kohl a shot? Might as well if the staff has zero confidence in Rocco.

If they're this conservative with the guy they named the starter, what makes you think they'll open it up for Kohl.

The scary part is, if the two were even close, then you would think they would be more aggressive with Rocco, because they have Kohl ready as a backup. But we've seen that's not the case.
