Did you look at the route trees on that? 3 of the 4 options were 7 yards or less down field and had no realistic chance to get a first down. That was trash.

It's all on the defense now to somehow win this thing. That's our only shot. Offense isn't even going to try... we don't trust Becht... or Kohl for that matter.

So we better start blitzing or something defensively... need to create some havoc.

It's always one play with this team.... we look good, then a big special teams mistake... and it's game over.

They are better at QB. that is the only true difference so far, aside from one big run and one bad p.i. call against us

Damn. The toughest thing about this one is it doesn’t really feel like Iowa is that much better. They’re just making key plays and we aren’t showing up. Unfortunately, that seems to be the CyHawk story of the Campbell era.

I understand the sentiment, but I’m not sure what you want people to say. We’re getting totally outclassed by a team that should be on our level and it’s becoming commonplace.
