When I did this the first time for volleyball, I think it said the scan, too, but it wasn’t possible. I had no issues with volleyball either time this weekend, but haven’t tried FB yet. Guess I should.
If we need facial scans, I’m probably screwed. I have 5 phones and of course mine never gets updated, kids and wife seem to break theirs somehow, so I’m working the iPhone 8 still.
Ticket office gonna be in for a fun week I bet. Lines could be interesting on Saturday.
Sounds like free admission for everyone to the game Saturday! Anyone that says they can't get their tickets to download gets in free. I just wish it meant 75,000 for attendance.
I had trouble because I didn’t recognize the icon or message right smack in the middle of the screen is a button. It would help if it said “click here”.
There's really no way you can delete your tickets by moving them to a wallet... it's 2, maybe 3 buttons, it's very easy/clear, and I don't see how it'd even be possible to delete them while doing so.
We were all told by the techies on here it was all going to be just fine…. will work great…. and that we were all just ‘get off my lawn’ oldies.

Not a sh*t show at all, it works fine & just as intended. A couple people not able to figure it out doesn't qualify as a sh*t show... Call the ticket office & have them walk you through it if you're having issues..
Apply Wallet here, downloaded just fine to an Apple 8.
I'm using my apple wallet on my iphone 13 and only about half of my season tickets downloaded. I've tried multiple times. All of the parking passes downloaded for some reason. Luckily my tickets to UNI and Iowa downloaded, so I have some time to figure it out.
I'm tech savvy, and no, it's not working as intended. And I can guarantee you it's more than a couple people. Not everyone who is having issues with it gets on message boards. A quick google search will show you this has been an issue with Ticketmaster for at least a couple years. That said, I was able transfer FB tickets to apple wallet last year with the same phone, Iphone 14 plus, so it's not a user issue
. Crossing fingers that I'll be able to transfer my ticket to apple wallet by Friday. If not, I'm going to make sure my ticket is opened on the app before I even get to Ames Saturday morning.

I had an issue this weekend as I tested the volleyball game ticket. The ISU app didn't work, so I logged into my account through the ISU athletics website. Was able to download the ticket to the wallet.
Still get an error in the app that says need to link accounts to access ticketmaster tickets. But there's nothing there to do further action. Haven't had that issue previously.

Maybe I’m the exception, but my tickets were available a couple of weeks ago and I had zero problems downloading to Apple Wallet. Same with parking pass. The big caveat…I didn’t use the ISU app. I went straight to ticketmaster.
