This is said all the time, and I know that this is true in comparison to other big schools, but this is also crazy to me. I can’t really comprehend how so many people can afford the Cyclone Club levels to sit down low and also buy the tickets to go with those seats. Those are things that we could never afford in our budget. There is just SO much money that people seem to have, and that they are willing to spend on college sports. And somehow, every other fanbase has even more wealthy people than we do. That is just a lot of money.Compared to most of our peers everything Iowa State charges is cheap. It’s because our fans our cheap
Feeling pretty decent about week 3 ngl
I think tbh, we just have a small fanbase compared to a lot of our peer schools. We have a lot more than TCU or Baylor, but their income demographics are way different. But, compared to Iowa, KU, KSU, we just have less fans. Which means less people to donate. This is said all the time, and I know that this is true in comparison to other big schools, but this is also crazy to me. I think JP is going to know exactly where that “breaking point” is on pricing for our fanbase, and if he raises prices above that it will end up not paying off for anything if we have shrinking crowd sizes.
Really, of all posters, isufbcurt? It’s dumb to want a 7th home game? ****, if every penny means more than fans at home, the Hawkeyes will have enough money. sell our home game right to them and play there every year for a couple more million a year.Absolutely blows my mind that our AD can’t come up with a way to not play at Ohio and find a way to Turn that weekend into a home game. If yo really want me to donate more money to the University and donate to the collectives, find a way to give me 7 home games every year.

I think its a bit outdated.
ISU has raised its prices and donation requirements quite a bit over the last 10 years, we're more than in line with many peer schools (without the success to justify it).
What ISU lacks is the NUMEROUS big money donors.
No offense, but I pay my Cyclone Club donation I’ve paid and upped for over 20 years, I’ve bought the season tickets, I’m now paying for a kid to go to school at ISU and I live in Illinois. My two options are stop giving or stop ********. I’ll continue to ***** then. It's dumb to ***** about it. Campbell likes having a game in Ohio so you might as well get used to it because we are going to have one every so many years. Not to mention we aren't a big time program (no matter how much some people think we are) that can demand only home non-conference games.
wheres that finger beenI realize this is tickling get off my lawn territory but wtf is this and why is it necessary?

I mean don’t look as good with their backup qb after losing highly productive qb from last year but sure I like your confidence of our team with no idea what we have at that position yet I guess….Ohio is terrible. Should be an easy win just like last year.
Boy, this game stinks.
So you're saying Alex Grinch's D is in full effect?USC is only beating San Jose St by 7 at halftime if you have access to the PAC 12 network.
