Realignment Megathread (All The Moves)

This nonsense again.

The big 10 100% does not care about 'striking the final blow to the PAC'
I actually think they do. They were super paranoid about being the league that killed the Rose Bowl and now I think the same thing is happening when they've been 'rival conferences' for 100 years.

If there's any blowback, let somebody else take it and still get what you want.

Stanford is pretty hard core on NOT sharing their research or money with other universities. I think internal school politics would likely kill any Stanford to Big 10 movement. Most of those administrators could care less about what level of athletic completion their participate in.

The B1G would love to be able to have USC and UCLA plus pull Oregon and Washington in for several years at a Big 12 price tag and allow everyone to pin killing the league on the Big 12 for taking....Arizona and Colorado.

That is a laughable piece of PR work, but god bless ya lady.

This nonsense again.

Did you see the article earlier with Sanky’s comments about wanting realignment to end for this round? The hypocrisy was thick in his assertion that this is bad for college athletics. These people don’t care about what happens to the PAC. They just want to know the Oregon and Washington will be available when they want them. They are not happy that the Big12 is forcing their hand to make their decision before the ACC can be raided.

USC, and by extension, the B1G is the villain. Why are Arizona, others, and B1G still worried about who delivers the final blow. It's already been done

Big Ten: the iceberg

Big 12: the lifeboat

Pac morons: think Big 12 is the iceberg, Big Ten is their cool Rose Bowl buddy in their damaged brains

WSU/OreSt/Cal: not everybody gets a lifeboat, they're Jack in the water next to Rose on that door

I don't see why the B1G would want WAOR tbh. It's another mouth to feed in terms of linear timeslots that takes away from the member schools already and it won't add anymore per team to the media deal.

From the network side, does Fox want them at Big10 cost? Or Big12? Or is CBS and NBC pushing it over the line?
