It's insane how good the Big-12 is. This is a 4/5 matchup where we're playing a team that is better than any of the teams we'd likely have to beat to make a sweet 16.

I don't understand how that was a foul on Gabe and not a charge. This game is not trending well I'm afraid. We need a run of good defense, a couple fouls to go our way and a few shots. Baylor can go on a dry spell anyyyyy time now.

I'd say yes. He's 2/3 of the way there.

At this point I'd rotate guys on him until you find one that will stay on him/not collapse past the point of close out recovery. The latter part has been a problem defensively the last month of the season. Teams are just waiting for it and if they hit open shots it's a problem for us.

Presently we ARE concentrating on making Bridges and their center beat us. And they are proving they can (despite all history pointing to that being rediculous.). Maybe pull back on the guards a bit?

Bridges was 1-6 from 3 combined for the 2 regular season games. He is 6-6 so far today. Hopefully he will miss one soon!

I didn't say double team him. I said guard him. Get a man in his face and stay on him. Deny him the ball if you can.
