Kevin Warren to the Bears?

Replacing Delany wasn't going to be easy for anyone. KW was really bad on some things and really good on others. Will be interesting if true to see who emerges to take over.
The main reason the Bears may be getting him is for the new stadium/real estate complex they are wanting to build in Arlington Heights. Warren supposedly played a large role in the Vikings new stadium being built when he was with them.
Don't think Warren will have much say on the actual Football side of it.
He was undermined by the individual schools during the 2020 Covid season, and again by the university presidents when trying to add more teams from the PAC. I'm guessing he is ready to move on from those power struggles, and take a role where his only bosses would be the McCaskey's.
Agree he was torpedoed by the university presidents the first COVID season, but his messaging was horrible.
I’d literally take anyone other than Ted Phillips. There is no way the franchise could go on a worse trajectory than it has since the Trestman hire.
Since the Bears are terminally stupid, ( making Fields the feature running back).... I pray Montgomery gets out of there and latches on to a serious team.
There's some advantage to a RB getting fewer carries on their rookie deal. Don't want to be seen as worn out by the time that big money contract comes up.
