Composed, intelligent, avoiding risk. Great first two games. Hasn’t had to play from behind yet and throw downfield under pressure….yet. Disappointed that Al didn’t point out the ISU connection of Purdy & Carroll. Carroll coached under Earle Bruce his last year and then followed him to Ohio State. Would have then given Herb his chance to blow about Ohio State.
Just keep doing what he is doing, and the 49ers will be fine. So far, the stage is not too big for him, which for a rookie QB is huge. Caught the one break when the safety dropped the sure INT, outside of that, he made great decisions all night long, 2 TD's no INT's.
Not to be Debbie Downer, but @ Philadelphia Eagles is tougher than it sounds!

Lol, Kittle is way too cool to have been a Hawkeye....did we try to recruit him? Ever since he's made it in the League, I find myself being able to ignore his Hawkness for some reason....
