I am already pre-cringing at the “does this game affect Omaha and Milan’s choice to come to ISU next year?” Threads and posts.
Sure was nice to hit our ceiling and then some last year. Gives me a little grace on the direction of the program even if this season doesn't go super well.
But with ISU +29. So that's predicted 77 - 48 outcome. Which I'll take in a heartbeat.
Especially with the class we have coming next year and a season ending injury to a possible starter before the season even started. Tamin is going to get some really good experience this year. Going to be important he keeps his head up. Tough spot for him to be in, but also I have a really good feeling about him. Probably would have ended up a low-end 4 star without the injury and the early commitment.
I'm not a huge wrestling aficionado and I think official meet threads should be started/done by people that closely follow the wrestling program.

Game will start slow offensively for both sides, and I predict will be a little too close for comfort until about the 10 min mark in the second half. That is when iupui will start to get to tired and ISU will have the energy edge and talent edge.

To finish my prediction. ISU will struggle a bit in the half court. They pull away when iupui starts to get fatigued and starts turning the ball over in droves.
