That is awesome.
I’ll say it, **** it: This team can beat Iowa. This is the best I’ve felt after a wrestling event since probably the Cael years. Very early in the season, but the team is very young and should improve a lot as the season progresses which is very exciting. Just have to stay humble and keep grinding. Can’t wait to watch them live next week!
If Lee doesn’t wrestle, there’s a chance (although still very unlikely). We’d be favorites at 125, 165, 184. They’d be favorites at 141, 149, hwt. Then toss ups at 133, 157, 174, 197. They’d likely get bonus at hwt, so we’d need to win 3 of the toss ups or flip 141 or 149 to win. Still a tall task to do that in carver, but will be a fun dual to watch regardlessI’ll say it, **** it: This team can beat Iowa.

Reminds me of the picture of Jon Reader winning a NT and his head is all wrapped. That is awesome.
I think he tried last year & didn’t have the best of luckMan I really wish Cam would bump up to 157. Should have beaten Paniro in the wrestle offs and he's wrestling so well right now! He was actually listed at 157 all summer on the roster but I know those arent worth crap to go by.
We are favored at 197 until proven otherwise. I also don’t think Teske can beat Redding. If Lee doesn’t wrestle, there’s a chance (although still very unlikely). We’d be favorites at 125, 165, 184. I'm not trying to be argumentative but Paniro won the wrestle off and beat #2 Gomez. He deserved every bit of being "the guy" even if I'm using some hindsight after yesterday. Also, even though he fully earned the spot, maybe the staff saw some match up advantages for yesterday. Paniro was REALLY good at staying out of and getting out of Gomez's throw attempts. Heck, maybe Cam gets thrown in the first 30 seconds where Paniro BARELY held him off.Man I really wish Cam would bump up to 157. So, just for fun, that would leave us with:We are favored at 197 until proven otherwise. I also don’t think Teske can beat Redding.
Ya that Carr guy isn't too badI think he tried last year & didn’t have the best of luck
I don’t care what anyone says, the Brands are dumb enough to wrestle Lee even if he’s not 100% if they are worried about losing. I won’t believe he’s not going until the day of. Regardless of whatever they say. They probably won’t let him go but counting on those two dipshits to use logic is a bad game plan. So, just for fun, that would leave us with:
Favored @ 125, 133, 165, 184, and 197
Underdog @ 141, 149, and Hwt
Tossups @ 157, 174
That seems extremely optimistic, but it would definitely mean we at least keep it close. Can't wait.
He wrestled the Last Chance Open & Edinboro Open at 157 last year and lost a couple matches to some unranked guysYa that Carr guy isn't too bad
Ya I understand what you are saying it just looks like he's made a jump this year and that he would be better than our 2 current options at 157 but who knows! He wrestled the Last Chance Open & Edinboro Open at 157 last year and lost a couple matches to some unranked guys
