Does Iowa State make graphics for walk-ons? I really don't know. Now we know no Iowa coaches have twitter accounts and the program cares so little about walk-ons they don't assist with graphics on commitments.

I didn't think it was the schools generating those 'committed' graphics, I thought it was independent graphic designers.Does Iowa State make graphics for walk-ons? I really don't know.
Yeah, I doubt that came from anything official. Probably either him or someone he knows photoshop skills on display.I didn't think it was the schools generating those 'committed' graphics, I thought it was independent graphic designers.
I think some schools do it but I know you're right in that independent graphic designers do stuff tooI didn't think it was the schools generating those 'committed' graphics, I thought it was independent graphic designers.
Oh that definitely didn't come from Iowa lolYeah, I doubt that came from anything official. Probably either him or someone he knows photoshop skills on display.
There was a kid from central Iowa who did them when he was still in high school a few years ago, did some for very big name recruits, Bama and Clemson commits. Talented guy.I think some schools do it but I know you're right in that independent graphic designers do stuff too
I do think that schools usually make "committed" graphics. The only reason I think that is because they're usually all the same template...at least for ISU commits. ISU I know sends out a graphic for when an official visit gets set up...probably most schools do that. Obviously, the school is just sending those to the recruit and not tweeting them to the general public. Similarly, when a kid visits, the school is the one taking most of the pics when kids try on uniforms. They send those to the recruit to tweet out.I didn't think it was the schools generating those 'committed' graphics, I thought it was independent graphic designers.
I don't believe opposing fanbases get put in the lower level in Kinnick outside of the family/friends section.Thinking of trying to get tickets from the ISU grouping for the Iowa game? Are our seats there like what we give them? One lower section (guessing band gets about a third of that) in side of the endzone and then one high section between the endzone and the 15ish area?
Oklahoma even does. Is that common for big ten teams to crap on the visitors?I don't believe opposing fanbases get put in the lower level in Kinnick outside of the family/friends section.
Told ISU thanks, but no thanks.![]()

Iowa's First Year Alcohol Sales

U. of Iowa Grossed $3.2M in First Year of Beer Sales
In its first year selling beer throughout its sports venues, the University of Iowa athletic department generated more than $3.2 million in gross sales, according to numbers supplied to The Athletic via an open-records request.www.athleticbusiness.com
The beer sales makes the crowd happier and more amped and thus a better environment for the recruits at the game. What does this have to do with recruiting?
NIL deals with breweries? What does this have to do with recruiting?
My son who went to a couple Iowa games this year said the opposite. Said there were people so drunk they could not stand but still had a beer in each hand. People throwing up in the stadium. They say the gross sales, what was the net. A million or so?The beer sales makes the crowd happier and more amped and thus a better environment for the recruits at the game.
I'm spitballing, I just didn't know where else to put it and thought Cyclone fans would find it informative as most are still on the fence about allowing alcohol sales is all.
