Imagine us donors having to park in the same lot as all of the poors. Athletic department would have phones ringing off the hook.

As of tonight there are 705 total spots left between B1, C1/C2, and D2. I'm 554/1284 for States, and I don't pick until 10:30 tomorrow. Guessing there is at least 1 group that goes before me and that would put 730 after me.
Either there are quite a few donors that must not buy parking passes, or they are going to run out of spots.

I highly doubt it as well. But I'm surprised that there are potentially a couple hundred donors not buying football parking.
We didn't buy football parking our first 4-5 years as donors, just attended basketball games
A. Im like 220th or so in states and picked today at 145pm. Weird theres such a long time between.
B. I kinda came to that same conclusion, must be a lot of folks that only do MBB or come in with someone else in an RV.
I've been following spots remaining pretty close up until I picked yesterday, and there definitely were a decent chunk of donors in front of me who didn't take a spot. I know about when gold started, and there were probably 10% or so less spots taken than donors in front of me.
I guess for some reason this is a scenario that I hadnt thought of. Makes sense.
As a G7 transplant - Is there a particular reason why people seem to be avoiding D2?
Per google maps, no direct exit. This is likely a possibility. D3 has a direct exit onto University, D1 is right at Center Dr, but D2 must merge through the traffic of either one.
Would I be dumb to select B1 over D2?
I don't tailgate- just park and walk to another tailgate in B5. But I'm thinking for entering/leaving purposes B1 makes more sense than D2 or even C1.

Wondering the same thing. Choosing between these 3 areas. I think I'm gonna go D2.
With B1 you only can enter off of Lincoln way and exit east onto Lincoln way-
It seems with B1 being a smaller lot you could get out easier/quicker. Maybe I'm wrong. I guess you could have C1 traffic leaving too.
B1 is currently getting expanded, for what its worth. But I would agree that the lots North of Hilton appear easier to get in and out of.
I went D2 for the simple fact that its a shorter distance to carry items to the tailgate we go to.
That was the main reason why I went to B4. If I were looking for an easy out with not much to carry, I would have done B1 or C1. But I can wait after the games if it means walking a shorter distance with my gear.
