I'll be honest I don't think it was a foul. IB has to dunk that or give it up to CG. he was uncharacteristically going for a pretty casual layup when he usually slams those home. Especially on the left side of the rim.

All is true , but same shot flight when he has been on. Unfortunately he is just very inconsistent.
