All FB coaching rumors and speculation

Oh I agree for sure it's a good job, it's just not on the USC/OU/LSU/ tier. If you read their boards and tweets they can't fathom why Campbell wouldn't automatically leave for them and they are offended by that.

I think Washington is maybe the most underrated job in the country but you're right, it's not tier 1. It's in that second tier with Michigan, Oklahoma, Florida, Auburn, etc.

CMC isn't your average bear. I think some in sports media are starting to understand this.

Doesn't really tell us much. Either he really wants to stay here or there is a better offer from a different school on the table.

I think he's staying but we are not out of the woods yet.

No announcement from Jamie on an extension yet isn't a great sign but they may still be working out details.

Very nice.

I was never worried about Washington, other than money I don't see that they offer Campbell anything, and he's proven at this point he's not going to leave just for money.

I think we all have thought Ohio State and Notre Dame were the biggest worries. Hopefully Kelly shuts this down quick so we can breathe a little.

I'm hoping he's also good at math because that's a pay cut in terms of cost of living. Now maybe after a certain point it doesn't matter, but Seattle comes our more than twice as high as Ames.
