Is there a better way to purchase tickets for our game in Omaha next week besides the usual StubHub/Ticketmaster sites? There is next to nothing for 4 tickets besides the final row behind the basket right now. Hoping some Omaha folks chime in with insight, or maybe it is actually close to being sold out.

Probably not unless you're willing to shell out. Ticketmaster will be cheaper than StubHub. Creighton sells a lot of season tickets and there's a premium for the lower bowl. If you want to go I'd just buy cheap seats in the upper deck. Pro tip, grab dinner in the old market and just leave your car there to avoid paying for parking at the arena.

No idea if we'll win, but it should be fascinating to watch. Creighton's offense is the exact opposite of the Memphis offense. They actually run an offense. It's very structured with an enormous number of sets. I doubt their defense will bring the pressure like Memphis did. Probably much less gambling.

Double digit win in my opinion If we play the way we did in Brooklyn. Creighton is young and not super sound right now. Xavier and Memphis were much much stronger defensive teams. Xavier ran good offense against us too.

They gave up 95 to Colorado State. Now the Rams are off to a 6-0 start like us......but come on. No, GMAC has his 3.456 set plays ready to rock and roll.....but they aren't disciplined and their defense is not good. Our luck they will be hitting blind folded, behind your back, at the end of the shot clock, half court fade away jumpers. If so........wasn't our night. Other than that I think the guys will take them. With that said...............the first hostile arena can always be an adventure.

And walk? Take a cab/Uber? How far is it? My wife wants to go eat dinner there so it's a possibility

Mac is a lot more free-flowing than he used to be. There are still some sets there but it's not beaten to death like it was at UNI and Iowa State.

I hope so. And I think if there is a loss in our non con I picked this strictly based on being the guys first game in a very hostile arena. It may not bother them a bit and if so.......then I think ISU will win. We will see.

My hope is now that we play defense, we won't have so many of those "unlucky" nights where teams shoot out of their minds.

Thinking about driving to Omaha without tickets and scalping outside. If for whatever reason I get shut out, where is the ISU bar in Omaha?

Yes, there are tickets for $20 each on the Creighton website.

My son-in-law bought my daughter and I tickets to the Creighton game, She graduated from there. It should be fun - just late since we have to get back to Des Moines that night.
