I’m not someone who is overly big on the black unis, personally, but I gotta say, that looks pretty ******* awesome.
Interesting to note that the Trice stripes are now part of the university recognized Vintage Iowa State collection. I think they started these specific marks in the 2009-2011 timeframe.

If we both wear black colored helmets, won't that be hard on QBs vision out there as far as recognizing which guys he should be throwing the ball to?
Does Iowa have a 2nd helmet? Or is the black w side logo the only one they use ever?
We can have yellow construction paper to tape on the Iowa helmets.
