White Sox v. Yankees at Field of Dreams

Absolute rocket ball on the HR. Didn't clear much by height, but tons of pace.

Yankees swinging about as well as I would've expected so far.

My Great Grandfather was a farmer and from what I've heard a good pitcher in 1930s NW Iowa. Back in those days almost every town had a baseball team. The towns during the summer would hire pitchers in an attempt to secure victory in their town celebration. Grandpa could hardly lift a beer with his left arm later in life from what I'm told.
Professional baseball has been in Iowa a long time.

Still tons of semipro ball played in the area around Dyersville.

Lance Lynn looks like he would be out of shape to even play in a slow pitch softball league, but man he sure can pitch.

I spoke to soon.
