The Fran fade

I'm trying to figure out how they got a permit to sell out of a residential garage. One spark and half the neighborhood will be on fire.
Ironically LAPD seized 5000 lbs of illegal firesworks this week. The fireworks were placed in a bomb detonation armored vehicle designed to safely detonate explosives. It failed catastrophically.

Enjoy:

Oddly I think this applies to the LAPD:

Doesn’t conducting a raffle fall under gaming licenses? I certainly hope everyone is following procedures. As a taxpayer, I want my share of the revenue.

Therein lies the rub as to why these states are passing legislation for NILs. May not be much, but I'm sure they're looking at what tax revenue they can draw from them.

Why the hell didn't they just haul that out to the desert and blow it up out there? City will be paying bills on that mistake for a while.

He probably should be transferring to another school instead of staying in the draft, but we shall see? Maybe some team will take a shot and draft him?
I think he gets drafted mid to late second round, he shot well in the combine and had good measures of athleticism. Buzz from the combine is he greatly improved his stock. Garza on the other hand may not, seems odd as college POY you don't get drafted but as people already knew he is slow and doesn't jump well, but maybe someone takes a chance on him late. They both seem like decent people and work hard, so I wish them luck, and regardless of the NBA both will make money playing basketball. JBo on the other hand is easy to dislike LOL

My prediction is Wieskamp gets drafted and Garza does not. Garza should have taken his 7 figure shoe deal last year
