TBH, I found CJ to be pretty disingenuous here. It was a very poor kept secret that he was on his way to Kentucky. I do love that he said it though, and whether it was his intention or not, trolled the Iowa fanbase pretty hard. I also love the subtle jabs about how he needed to leave town to develop not only as a player and teammate, but as a person. Yeah, tough to do that last bit in Iowa City.
