This one hurts the most. I really liked CJ a lot and thought next year he could have had a break out year if he could stay healthy. He is a lethal shooter, plays good defense, has good handles and could get to the rim. He is going to be greatly missed.

So does this give any insight into the team not being as close with the fractures with Bohannon and CMuc not being well regarded by their team in the locker room. I also wonder if the late season fade is the team getting worn out with Fran, and now amplified by his boys being on the team. I could see issues with favoritism etc.

Those two can't guard anyone - let alone having them do it twice!

PMac at least seems like a D1 player. Connor starting for 5/6 years on a Big Ten team is pure insanity. I don't know that I'd recruit him if I were a D2 or Juco coach, I'd probably roll the dice on anybody I thought could shoot the ball well.

We'll see about the 8th grader but we know he'll be on the team.

I don't know if Fran will still be in town by the time he could play. He's got 4 years of school left, then the mandatory RS year the Fran makes all his kids take. Can Fran last 5 more years in IC? The next couple will be at a minimum, rough sledding for him.
