Look at it this way. Either he succeeds and we are happy. Or he fails and we never have to deal with him again. Considering our coaches last 5 years, good or bad, we will never have to debate him again. I, for one, am excited about that!

We will always debate Fred. Which is why we should just go ahead and hire him again. It’s a win-win with Fred. Everyone will welcome him back. He’s loved in Ames. People won’t be so pissed at him if he fails
