The Fran fade

I can't give up too much information because it could out my source as well as myself. I do apologize, I just don't want that source to stop giving me information and I don't want to give up my own identity.

Hopefully I've built up a respectable enough reputation here that no one believes I would just make something up. I believe my % of being correct on information is pretty high.

With that being said, JW might've told my source this info at a time where he believed he knew what decision he was going to make, but that decision could always change.
Doesn’t surprise me at all. He’s been playing so well lately, don’t think his stock can go up much further. Would be foolish to come back for another year imo.

Btw Iowa fans, I have a source that told me JW is gone after this year no matter what. He'll be going over seas if he doesn't make an NBA team.
That is interesting. I guess it makes sense. Not sure what more he could do to boost his draft stock after the year he has had. He could come back next year and prove he can be an alpha, or at least a competent #1 option on a team, but maybe that would hurt him more than help him. Garza came back to receive accolades, but otherwise should have done the same last year IMO.

Haven’t seen much of Kris till last night...he looked promising. Definitely not as advanced as Keegan but promising.

Anyway...neither is looking like the “reach” they appeared to be when offered.

Of that class the only one who is clearly a “project” is Ogundele. Very raw....
Ogundele has some good physical tools. He’s big obviously, but he also has some good speed. Last night especially, I saw how fast he moved up and down the court and it surprised me, because you wouldn’t think a guy his size would move like that. He also has some solid up’s. He’s not going to ever be the scoring machine Luka is, but he could become a good paint beast and glass cleaner.

I think he's like 3 and 7.

He's actually 4-9, and has never won more than one game in the B1G tournament. Unless I missed something.

So if they get the double bye it would officially be the farthest they've gotten int eh B1G tournament under the Franpire.

It's unfortunate the B1G tournament was cancelled last year because he could have lost in the second round again.

Luka should have gone pro last year? What? He had 0 chance of getting drafted, now he’ll go mid-late 2nd. He’s a much more polished player this year too. Bad take.

That’s a new one.

That's correct.

I don't see a notable difference. To the naked eye, I thought he was more dominant last year. Could be just due to the element of surprise though. I mean nobody saw it coming last year.

That’s a new one.

I've never seen Fran and this guy from The Lost Boys in the same place. Just sayin'.

Why doesn't he play currently when Fran plays any freshman with a pulse?

Iowa is in on Tyler Nickel, Will Shaver, Dasonte Bowen, and some other good players. All three of those guys mentioned are 4 stars.
Interesting. I hope they can reel them all in. Just beware, ISU has had more than a couple 4-star kids not pan in the last 5 years.

4 years of watching Garza trot around with bowling balls for shoes will do that to you.
