Iowa drops enough seed lines and they’ll end up catching Duke or Kentucky in the second game.

Connor McCaffery’s minutes this year in Power 5 games:
18.9 minutes in Iowa wins
29.6 in Iowa losses
Not counting the game he only played 3 minutes in when he sprained an ankle which was an Iowa win at Rutgers. @Hassel_Chris @ChadLeistikow @BHGP @marcmorehouse
And I was told by @NorthEnder that he plays the correct amount of minutes for Iowa.

I think Ohio State, Michigan and Illinois are the best teams in the Big 10. Iowa gets to play Ohio State again and Michigan, both on the road. Win either and I'll be impressed. So far the best team Iowa has beaten is Purdue. What is a legit good team in your mind?

One with nobody with the name of McCaffery on itBut what makes a team good in your eyes?

Nope. But can you imagine how bad they would be with a McCaffery on it?!?!? Holy crap!Iowa State is good?
I think Iowa is good. I just don't think they're legit. I think Iowa's about the same as they were last year and they were one first round exit in the Big 10 Tourney from being a 7 seed. But what makes a team good in your eyes?

That’s why I said holy crap!Actually, it is really hard to imagine a team from a major conference being much worse than ISU right now.
I'd honestly say that a good gauge is looking at team's adjusted offensive and defensive rankings on KenPom. Teams that are legit good imo are in the top 30 in both offense and defense. Purdue, is close and I would say that after watching a few of their games, they're truly Iowa's best win and definitely a solid win. Especially considering Iowa always has struggles with Purdue. Other than that, the teams have been around average to below average.I wasn't asking about Iowa. You said Iowa had not beaten a legit good team yet. What makes a team good in your eyes?

Now, there can be good teams that are so damn good in one category that their other category doesn't matter as much, like Ohio State and Iowa. Ohio State and Iowa are both fabulous offensive teams, however not good at all defensively. Iowa is 134th in adjusted defensive rating and Ohio State is 70th.
It's obviously not a perfect formula, but I think it's alright.
1st of all, I said that what I use is not the perfect formula, obviously. There isn't one perfect formula. Secondly, I said that you can be so good in one category that it sort of offsets the other. Villanova is more of a legit team than Ohio State, Tennessee and Purdue though. That seems to be a high bar to determine if a team is legit good or not.
There are only 12 teams that are in the top 30 for both AdjO and AdjD right now in KenPom.
Gonzaga
Baylor
Michigan
Illinois
Virginia
Texas
Houston
Alabama
Wisconsin
USC
Oklahoma
Texas Tech
By your definition, teams like Iowa, Villanova, OSU, Tennessee and even Purdue are not legit good.

Villanova : 5th in AdjO, 36th in AdjD
Iowa: 1st in AdjO, 134th in AdjD
OSU: 4th in AdjO, 70th in AdjD
Tennessee: 70th in AdjO, 1st in AdjD
Purdue: 35th in AdjO, 24th in AdjD
I mean, if you look at those teams, it's clear that Nova is superior of that bunch. If there's a team out of those that looks a bit off, it'd be Iowa who has the worst adjusted category offense or defense in not only those 4 teams, but the top 42 teams. You have to go all the way down to LSU before you find a team that's as bad in some category.
So you don't have a clear answer on what makes a team "legit good", you just know that Iowa has not yet beaten a team that is "legit good"?
That makes no sense at all.
