Oregon's QB management gets me. I get that there was a (questionable) fumble, but why go away from Brown and back to Shough? Brown was killing us on extending plays. Shough didn't have that.

Oh, and build the Campbell statue.

Either way, they never let one guy get a rhythm going. No rhyme or reason to how they were rotating. Their entire offense just seemed odd, it was tough to see exactly what they were trying to do. Seems like our ball control may have made them panic a bit. Our first two drives were maybe our most impressive of the year, it felt like they barely had the ball in the first half.

I admit I freaked out on the D in the first half. I know it's typically a slow-build for that unit, but we were getting eaten alive.

I'd probably rather have the D struggle early and the offense be firing on (almost) all cylinders, compared to the opposite.

And wasn't nice to be playing with lead at half? Nice change of pace. Considering we are a 2nd half team generally, I'd take that any week.
