Do you ever think about how odd it is how little you post on the ISU forums?
Your ISR to ISU forum post ratio has to be 35:1 or 40:1, at least.
Will there be any other team in the entire country besides Iowa that will only have played one team with a winning record (and lost that game of course).
Indiana Purdue off
Rutgers an Maryland getting two and three wins while NOT playing any OOC games should show how bad the big 10 is this year.Question. Since the B1G played zero OOC games and have just beat up on each other...how does anyone know how good or bad the B1G. Some of teams with losing records probably would have 2-3 more wins with OOC.
B12 had 1 OOC game each and they were all sunbelt type cupcakes....
Nobody really knows how good any of the conference’s are this yearbecause there just weren’t any quality OOC games.
Probably should have expanded the playoff to 8 games this year for that reason alone
YepOuch. The Big10 has handled this about as badly as possible. Even switching around the schedule wasn't enough to get playable games.
Unless of course...they knew this was going to happen when they put tOSU in the CCG.

I think the Purdue - Indiana and the OSU things are unrelated. OSU is because the Big 10 is going to do everything to get a team into the playoffs. I disagree with it but whatever. I still think Purdue - Indiana was at least partly due to the rivalry. Since it now sounds like both Purdue and Indiana were dealing with Covid, it makes even more sense to put them together. No reason to cancel two games when you can just cancel oneOuch. The Big10 has handled this about as badly as possible. Even switching around the schedule wasn't enough to get playable games.

IU-PU have canceled again. What a **** show.

Dec. 18 Bucket Game Canceled
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – In coordination with the Big Ten Conference office, Purdue and Indiana jointly announce that their scheduled football game in Bloomington on Friday will be canceled due to COVID-19 testing results at both schools.purduesports.com

........ Iowa wins, Iowa's screwed.....
Michigan is considered to be a great team according to sports writers. I think they will probably be ranked to start next season. They could go 0-12 one year and receive votes the next. They are always over hyped and teams get a boost for playing them even when they aren’t good. Not sure I see this as much of a break for Iowa. Michigan cancels, Iowa's screwed. Michigan wins, Iowa's screwed. Iowa wins, Iowa's screwed. Beating a really bad Michigan team won't do much in terms of moving up the bowl pecking order. Pretty much just hoping for a Purdue win over IU at this point.
Hawks are already 16. You honestly think they won’t be top 12 or 13 if they win again next weekend?
Please NO. The cotton bowl will have fans and 1) I don’t care to hang around Iowa fans at a bowl. I can do that here if I want. 2). When we win I don’t care to have things, like cups of urine, thrown on me by their fans.Iowa now has an even slimmer chance at the NY6 now. Before all of this, I was counting on Iowa beating Indiana and taking their spot in the NY6 bowl. Iowa still has a shot at a NY6, but it just got harder.
Still hoping for an Iowa/ISU Cotton Bowl. That would be epic.
Michigan has Covid trouble. If UI and PU were out together because of Covid cases, why was Iowa and Mich put together then.I don't think another win against a losing team gains them three or four spots. Even at 15, they are over-rated. Michigan probably wins anyway.
