Tough day for EIU hoops hopes

Lol no I didn't. There was some concern at the end when he pulled his troll on Iowa but I knew he was Iowa State all the way

Why did you agree with that post then? You agreed with a post saying he was going to Iowa.

Ok, so you went back and deleted the part where you agreed with it. Liar!

I didn't go back and delete anything

You do you. Should have known you would do something like that and I should have screen captured. Oh well. The other posts already prove you weren't sure where Xavier was going all the way up until he committed and you even agreed with a post saying he was going to Iowa.

I never thought he was going to Iowa and I didn't go back and delete or do anything. You're struggling here

I would not throw dirt on XF yet after two games. However, I cannot imagine Prohm is going to get much more leash after another poor year. Odds are they are going to get obliterated next Friday and that certainly is not going to help anything before starting tough league play.

Possibly the best thing that happened to Iowa last year was getting thrashed at home in the 2nd or 3rd game of the year. Changed everyrhing from the lineup, philosophy, and intensity.

They surged to an 8 seed after that game

To a bad Depaul team

Oh yeah, I remember that night. That was embarrassing. Cyclones still have time to turn it around and they have some talent on that roster since they got the transfers they were targeting. Just might take a little bit of time to get it to gel.

Interesting comparison found on HR.

Xavier Foster: 2 GP, 10 Min, 4 pts (0-1 3pt), 1 Def Rb, 0 Ast, 0 Blk, 0 Stl
Keegan Murray: 2 GP, 36 Min, 21 pts (3-7 3pt), 3 Off Rb, 7 Def Rb, 1 Ast, 1 Stl, 3 Blks

Foster is riding the bench for one of the worst power conference teams in the nation.

Murray is contributing for a top 3 team in the country.

Closer to a 6 but yes from that point i would of laughed if you told me we would be a tournament lock so surged maybe appropriate
They were 34th in the NET rankings. They were going to be an 8 seed

Nobody knew Fran was going to have to trim his rotation down at that time. He played 12 guys vs DePaul lol

Most experts had them on 6 line. Bracket Matrix which uses a collection of mostly experts and compiles together had the average of 3rd sixth seed. Does the NCAA go straight down the line off the Net rankings?
