All Iowa Football Team---Post Bowl Edition

FWIW I've never trusted PFF and their player ratings and I don't think Beyer is the best TE in the state. Though he did have a sweet one handed grab against Nebraska this past weekend.

I do? Link?

Top 10 in the country. PFF had him as #8 going into the season and he's been better than expected by anyone outside of Ames this year so far

He is just making excuses. LaPorta hasn't been good all year. PFF hates him

Two ISU players listed, Montgomery coming in at #3. Only one Iowa player listed

Just the ones I could find after a quick search. Doesn't even count all the times you've embedded PFF tweets on here either.

So referencing PFF means it's the gospel? I've referenced KenPom on here way more than PFF and it's not the gospel. Weird

Yep, he just uses whatever fits his argument.

And then he disagrees with it when it's brought back up....LOL!

Maybe if he wasn't such a moron and always spoke in absolutes it wouldn't come back to bite him so much.

He was also using defensive rankings like two or three games into the season even though almost half of the P5 programs hadn't even played a game yet.

So what is your preferred metric for SOS this season?

There isn't a metric this season. There just isn't. Most conferences either played no nonconference or they played a cut down conference schedule. That or they had games cancelled or players out with covid. It's actually not even possible to come up with a SOS algorhythm except for within a conference that plays unbalanced schedules. Just hope your team plays and wins as many games as possible. That's it. You can **** measure against ISU all you want, it's not going to prove anything.
