I was just thinking that as that used to be KFs strong suit. Stay in the game close and make a play or two to win it that the other team couldn't because Hoks had better strength and discipline.

Must really suck to see the program fall apart piece by piece like this, it's ok though - you'll get used to it.

Iowa didn't need hail marys. They missed a FG and had an untimely fumble. Those go Iowa's way they are 4-0. Those are hardly miracle plays. But Iowa is 2-2 and they are what their record says they are.

I like Northwestern this year. I think they're solid. I think Purdue is a bit above average. I think Iowa is average.

I think Iowa is struggling a lot due to all the early departures over the last 2 seasons. If none of those guys ever go early, Iowa has Stone, AJE, Hooker, Wirfs, and Hockenson around this year. That would make for a lot of help. Maybe if Nate also could come back.

Okay yeah you don't get to play that game lol. Imagine if Iowa State had Hakeem Butler and David Montgomery last year. Or imagine Iowa State still having THT, Lindell, and Tyrese Haliburton for basketball this year. No s*** having those guys would help.

NW and Purdue are average at best. The game those tow just played against each other was unwatchable.

Ah so Iowa can't make key plays and wilt when it matters even when they play the dog **** of the midwest schedule. They choke when they play someone with a pulse. Got it.

So, I understand that Wisky is good...but there are a total of 6 wins by 6 teams here...the rest of Iowa's schedule involves 6 teams with an average of 1 win EACH. Iowa State's last 3 involve teams with 4, 5, and 5 wins EACH.
