All Iowa Football Team---Post Bowl Edition

Even last year a pathetic Purdue team missing a ton of players took Iowa down to the wire.
I have no clue if Purdue will win because I don't know how any of these Big 10 teams are going to look due to how the Big 10 handled all of this, but expect it to be close. Iowa's defense is not going to be as strong as it's been in the past and Purdue will have all of their skill guys back.

We beat Kansas by double digits
Kansas had a 4th qtr lead on you. Purdue never had a lead. I did watch the end of your game with Kansas. They had the ball late down by 3 and for some reason Miles took the ball out of Pooka's hands. That was a head scratcher.

Their receivers are scary good. No doubt there should be some concern.
Rondale Moore is an absolute freak. I have a feeling he is going to torch your D. And that is not to crap on your D, he is just that good. He is going to torch everyone as long as they can get him the ball

They actually do have a QB. It's Jack Plummer. He struggled last year as a true freshman but should be better this year, especially considering he'll have both of his stud WR's to get the ball out to.
They will be a threat to score some points then. Hope their defense is as bad as it has been. Who knows what to expect really?

don't doubt it. Bell has to be accounted for as well. He doesn't have the gamebreaking speed that Moore has but so far he sure looks like a guy that will be a productive WR at this and the next level.

A lot of BAD defense being played everywhere from what I've witnessed.
Well according to you, there has been a lot of bad defense all around, so I'm sure you'll be in luck by this take. You better hope the Hawks don't fit into this category cause if it comes to a boat race, you won't win that one in my opinion

If our defense plays bad I would expect us to lose. D needs to play at least a decent game.

If defense is down across the board (meaning across all of college football) and Iowa fits the trend as you are claiming, I except Iowa to lose more games than you are going to like. The reason I say this is Iowa has never been a big scoring team. They want to win low scoring games off defense. Have they won high scoring games before? Absolutely. But that is not where they wanna be at and that is not their strong suit. Just my opinion though

How many full games have you watched again?

I watched all of the ULL, TCU, and OU games. I didn't catch much of the Tech game, had other obligations.

I'll watch most ISU football games, unless it competes with an Iowa game.

Oh I know. I just want him to admit it. Just like he admitted that even when he's "gone" he is still lurking on this page. Its absolutely pathetic their obsession with Iowa State.

Watching ISU football is "pathetic"?
