If the refs didn't call it, and the video shows there was no separation why continue to besmirch the outcome?
It's only a penalty if it's called. It wasn't called all day either way. Which is what Blackledge said during the broadcast.
I don’t think that’s a penalty. There was a little grab, but it didn’t look like it impeded the receiver at all.
Look, not all penalties are called, I'm was just saying that if I was an ISU fan I wouldn't be complaining about officiating after this bad no call. The jersey was grabbed and it didn't get called. It's football and it happens. Nice to get lucky every now and then.
If this happened for Iowa, I would be happy they didn't get call it and we got away with one. Not sure why ISU fans can't do the same.
Fair. I thought the refs called the game remarkably even. There were points where my boys and I yelled at the tv for calls against us. There were times we were surprised the call went our way. That seems like a fair game.
Hell, I'm not mad at all. Maybe surprised but not mad. Your conference is bad and with *Covid year happening it may be your chance to take advantage of the situation. More power to you.
