He sucks ass. Is it just me or have the umps sucked more this year than normal? Serious question. This is coming from a guy who has umped HS baseball for the last decade and is a bit of a ump apologist.
Never hits lefties good. Took 2 walks from Greinke so not sure what you are seeing.
No I saw it. I feel like his timing is off on his swings. Don’t get me wrong, Max is one of my favs.

Why is Garver even on the roster, let alone pinch hitting in this game? He just needs to call it a season and try to figure it out for next year. As great as he was last year he is completely hopeless at the plate right now. At some point Rocco might want to trust what he's seen this year and accept that Garver is pretty much an automatic K right now.
It's going to come down to the fact that the Twins are a terrible situational offensive team. The lineup is Arraez and 8 guys whose approach never changes no matter what the situation. You get away with it when you've got a bunch of guys having fluke offensive seasons all at once like last year. Now that most of those guys have come back to earth this offense is just way too inconsistent.

Strange - good things happen when you actually put the ball in play once in a while. Meanwhile the Twins will just keep alternating between watching strikes looking for a perfect mistake pitch and swinging out of their shoes on two strike counts.
Unreal. Unfortunately, not surprised at all. For some reason this franchise just feels like it has to lose playoff games.
Knew after they failed to score in the 1st inning they were in trouble. Same issue last year in the playoffs. 1 for 1000 with RISP. Hits = Runs = wins.
