Here's my thoughts on Carnie:
He's a big kid already, I don't know how much more weight you can add on to him, but he's already 220lb, so an extra 20lbs is probably all he would need.
When he has the ball in hand, he's fast. Not Fidone fast, but fast for a TE. However, his route speed is noticeably slower. Still adequate, though.
He looks like a decent TE prospect.

And Hollywood Brown ran a 4.82s 40 in high school.
