I said it when they hired Frost but Mike Leach would have been a hell of a hire for Nebby. I do enjoy watching Frost absolutely fail though.
Unfortunately I think it's FSU. Next most likely is Texas with Iowa pretty unlikely IMO.
I still can't believe more people in the media aren't talking about when Colbert admitted how bad it was in the Iowa program before this past month or two. Nothing. Crickets.
But with the media in this state it's no wonder. Colbert confirmed that walking into that facility every day was like walking on eggshells. It was not a good environment at all for minorities. But the media is only talking about how the place has changed for the positive now and everything is better.
My concern is that there is absolutely NO way in the world KF hasn't known what his program has been like for the last 20 years. Didn't know Doyle was a total d-bag human being. Didn't know his son was a hothead that would yell demeaning comments at the black players. Didn't know that Wallace was just as bad.
It was like KF wasn't even there for the past 20 years..... he knew nothing. KF said he was shocked when this all came down because he didn't know anything was going on? Really KF? Then you should be fired for not knowing that your black players were being treated like this.

Of course a disgusting racist Hawk fan thought this post was "funny". That's all you need to know folks? Hawk fans don't care if their coaches are racists.... as long as they win. The high majority of the didnt care about Jane Meyer either so I'm not sure why you're shocked.
All that seems to matter to Hawk fans and the local media is how things are going to be going forward. What has been allowed to go on inside the walls of that program over the last couple decades do not matter to them. That is the past.
If my employer had discovered I'd been stealing from the company for nearly 20 years.... I wonder if they would just let it slide as long as I promised to "do better" going forward??
As much as you want to believe KF is a racist, it seems to really bother you that none of his African-American players believe he's a racist. So really, you're the one sitting there literally rooting for racism in Iowa City. Gonzo- Colbert himself said yesterday that being inside the football facility was like walking on eggshells all the time, and that he agreed with how some of the ex players said the environment was there for the black players. But he did say it was like night and day difference so far this year in the last few months.
So is that all that matters to you? Not what has been going on there for nearly 20 years, but what it's hopefully going to be like going forward? The past is the past? Do you think KF had no idea what was going on inside his own program by people like Doyle, BF, and Wallace? How could KF be that detached from his program when most people say it's the exact opposite.... that KF was in total control and knew everything. Which is it?
The thing that makes zero sense to me in all of this was we have been told that kirk knew something was up 2-3 years ago and allegedly tried making changes. Nobody would engage in giving feedback and then 2-3 years later when the **** hits the fan he claims he knew nothing. Confused.
