Well to be fair Rutgers won't make as much contact with the Iowa players and will routinely be at least 6 feet away from them.

Has to be someone close right? How about Neb- oh. What about Minn- oh. Wisc- oh, right. Illinois? Northwestern? Purdue? Those are all closer than WVU or any of the Texas schools.

I know we have to go through the normal progression of scaling back iteratively, but a month from now there will be no season. It's sad and it was entirely avoidable - at least to have a season without fans. Unfortunately, that ship has sailed and it don't return to port.
