Alright, who cares about the exact definition of due process??

Gitwitit has stated that he now thinks it's best for Iowa football to go forward without KF and BF, which I'm pretty sure is now in agreement with most of us. He changed his mind. It's okay. No need to badger him anymore until he says something stupid again, which will probably be pretty soon. Just be patient.

Due process in the workplace really comes down to having the right to be heard in your own defense. I don't know why that's a difficult concept to grasp. I want KF to have that opportunity to speak out and defend himself but I'm also at the point where no matter what he says, the damage is irreparable.

You were not saying that even 2 days ago.

That was before Wadley came out with another story and Flemming dropped this. I honestly think this Flemming one will be the most damning because you cannot point to any sort of evidence he would just be making this all up. Because of Flemming, people might start to believe a little bit more of Wadley and maybe even DJK's story.

I gave up listening to kxno, but I assume they still haven’t mentioned anything yet about this?

I haven't changed my mind. I've been saying that for days now. Unlike some in here, I also understand that you can't just start firing coaches or you will be sued for wrongful termination. There is "a process" that has to be allowed to run it's course before any action should be taken. They could offer KF a buyout like Doyle but I don't think he'd go for it. Let them complete their investigation and see what happens. You could all be wrong and the investigation that isn't a real investigation turns up all sorts of evidence against KF. If nothing comes about from the investigation the BOR's can step in.

In almost every firing of a coach that's not performance related, the coach comes back and sues for wrongful termination. The coach doesn't want to look guilty especially considering he's going to want to get a job somewhere else in the future. Even if you lose, you can at least say that you fought the legal battle.

I don't think Barta is going to fire Kirk or Brian because Kirk has some dirt on Barta.

IMO Kirk and Barta already blew their opportunity to be heard. They decided to play dumb and now the deck is massively stacked against them. It's getting harder and harder to see Kirk coming out of this.

I'm not going to go back and find it but June 17th, 2 weeks ago, I said I was on board with KF and BF being shown the door. I also stated that no matter what happens with KF, BF will never be the head coach at Iowa. I envisioned KF coaching this next season and then retiring, but obviously new accusations have come out since then.

Hey @TrianglePlace why did you mark this creative? What was creative about me telling you the story of Flemming's departure? I didn't make anything up here.

You just are really dramatic with all of this. Behind CyTwins, you are the most vocal one about wanting Iowa football to fail for all the wrong reasons.

You are basically saying KF held him hostage at Iowa.

One day the alarming amount of black players transferring from Iowa is the issue and then the next it's that black players weren't allowed to transfer.

Robert T better get his ducks in a row if he wants to get paid.

Lol that's hilarious. You say you want two Iowa coaches fired over all of this but in reality it's just performance based

1.) I'm really sorry some of us are trying to hold people accountable and are vocal about it. If that makes you uncomfortable or mad, I understand.

2.) I'm not saying KF held him hostage. Flemming told the public KF was basically holding him hostage. Read the story again.

3.) Black players were allowed to transfer. Read the article again showing the stats that black players transferred at a far higher rate than white players.

4. Robert T has his ducks in a row. Two out of the last three days he's put out huge stories, one of which was circulating every single major news and major sports media company. You implying he's doing this because he wants to get paid is absolutely hilarious too. You fit right in with the lunatics spouting that crap on Facebook and Twitter.
