HUD doesn't run the complex but the complex participates in affordable housing and tenants have to meet HUD's guidelines to qualify.

Actually plenty of people are saying it. Gitwit said he's going to wait for the investigation before making any assumptions, which is fine. He can do whatever he wants to. There are however, currently enough allegations surrounding the Iowa football program to believe Akrum's side of the story.

I don't know anything about Kirk Ferentz's taxes, you are correct. I don't know the specifics as to how Brian Ferentz was allowed to live in that complex. I don't know if Brian qualified for low income housing or if he was paying full rent. The complex is 30% low income subsidized housing and 70% regular rentals.
