Iowa Football Recruiting

Yea. That's how recruiting works when teams want a guy.

Really, you think Iowa calls up each recruit each and every day and walks them through their recruiting board and tells them who is on it and who they really want vs. who they would take if that had to?

If this is what occurs at isu it might explain why Iowa and isu end up in the rankings the way they do.

Is this real life? I mean I realize these are the world's greatest states, but the KF will have this guy on lock down. He's not throwing for more than 200 yards a game. He will be in the 150 range.
I didn't say he would average 200 yds per game. I said if he can put up similar stats to what Stanley did last year AGAINST ISU, Iowa can win that game.

I've been told quarterbacks are judged by their wins and not their "fantasy statistics"
That's fine. You asked me if Petras will be as good as Stanley. If the measure is whether or not Iowa wins 10 games again, I will say Petras is not going to be as good as Stanley was last year. I think 9 wins would be a good season.

No he didn't. Iowa didn't even want to take him until Dowling coaches got involved

Wait I want to make sure I have this right, not only do the Iowa Coaches have daily meetings with CyTwins but now every school in the country has a daily call with CyTwins in order to walk him through their recruiting board to tell him who “they really want”, “want bad”, “would take if they had to” and don’t want at all?

How else could anyone possibly make such a statement that a kid had no options unless every school in the country reviews their recruiting board on a daily basis? On top of that how would he ever have time to check with all the dailies of kids Iowa and isu are recruiting and still have time to post day and night on this site about Iowa? So very confusing indeed.

Well at least has the admiration of clone fans far and wide.

He's struggling today.

This happens at every school. You are naive to think otherwise.

I could tell you alot about the Hok program that would blow your mind. It may hurt your fandom.

That's surprising because Iowa fans seem OK to have Stanley leave only to replace him with someone worse

Petras has played in 3 games in his career and Iowa is 3-0 in those games. I think he's possibly the greatest Iowa qb of all time.
