That you do not have much faith in your team is my point.
Tough to overcome facing a team who emphasizes a game so much IMO

I'd say it was under Rhoads too.The Iowa game was 100% treated as our Super Bowl under McCarney and that’s an undeniable fact. Since him though not so much.
But not impossible. But yes, I wouldn't be confident either if I was a ISU fanTough to overcome facing a team who emphasizes a game so much IMO
I think he'll do fine. Stanley didn't do anything spectacular last year in Ames and Iowa still won. 22/35 for 200 yds with no td's or int's. I'm confident Petras can put up those types of numbers. He probably won't run over a defensive tackle on the goal line like Stanley did though.Iowa fans don't think they'll take a step back at the QB position

ISU had a lot to learn last year and couldn't quite get things going like the previous couple of seasons. If the staff can correct last year's issues, they'll turn those 50/50 games around. There's a lot of talent returning so I think we're optimistic about the upcoming season.I think he'll do fine. I expect Iowa to try to run the ball 50 times. The thing is, they won't be able to have any success doing it.I think he'll do fine. I think he is capable of putting up the stats that Stanley did last year. 2,900 yds 16 tds and 7 ints on 59% completion rate.So you think Petras will be as good as Stanley this upcoming year?

Is this real life? I mean I realize these are the world's greatest states, but the KF will have this guy on lock down. He's not throwing for more than 200 yards a game. He will be in the 150 range.I think he is capable of putting up the stats that Stanley did last year. 2,900 yds 16 tds and 7 ints on 59% completion rate.

All he said was that he could have stats that were like Nate's. My God man does everything have to be a "gotcha" moment with you?Now stats matter? I thought it was just about wins?
isu should keep passing on higher rated players to take lower ranked ones. Then clone fans can watch in amazement when Iowa uses those players to continue beating isu. Rock solid recruiting strategy if I have ever seen one.
ISU took Will McDonald over Waggoner and McDonald is far and away the better player. But go on, continue to spout off about your “higher rated players”

You're at an 11, bring it down to at least a 6.This year I do. We are going to slaughter TOE this year.

Yeah, one's on the field playing in games and other is not.We will see where each end up now won’t we?
